Journal prompts for the things you keep circling

Thirteen sets of twenty plain, honest prompts, one for each journal. Pick one, write for five minutes, and stop when the timer ends. No account, no sign-up, nothing to buy.

Choose a set

Each set leads to the eight-week (or monthly) journal it belongs to, if you would like to go further.

How to use these prompts

1. Pick oneRead down the list and choose the one that makes you slightly uncomfortable, or curious. Skip any that do not fit your day.
2. Write for five minutesSet a timer. Write whatever comes, without rereading or fixing it. Small and specific is better than large and general.
3. Stop and put it downYou do not have to answer them all, or in order. Come back to another prompt on another day.

Journaling is a reflection tool, not a substitute for support. If something feels too heavy, talk to someone you trust or a professional.
