How your information is handled

Last updated: 25 August 2026.

What I collect

If you sign up to be notified about the book, I collect your email address, handled through Formspree. If you book a Sounding Board session, I collect your name, email, and whatever you choose to share when booking, handled through Cal.com. If you email me directly, I keep that email like any normal correspondence.

What I don't do

I don't sell your information, and I don't use it for anything beyond the reason you gave it — letting you know the book is out, or running our booked session.

Sounding Board conversations

What you share in a session stays between us. I won't repeat it or publish it anywhere. The one exception: if I become seriously concerned for your safety or someone else's, I may need to act on that — the same as any responsible person would.

Questions

Email hello@theinnerlistenerhub.com and I'll answer directly.

Please read before publishing: this page is a plain-English starting point, not legal advice. If you're planning to take real bookings and payments, it's worth a cheap once-over from a template service like Termly or an actual solicitor, especially for anything data-protection related (UK GDPR) — details in the Go Live guide.
