A few years ago I noticed I was having the same argument with myself on repeat, different situations, same underlying story, and calling it “just how I am.” What changed things was not a big realisation. It was a small, boring habit: writing down what I noticed, honestly, every single day.
That habit became a method, and the method became a series of guided journals. The Mindful Pattern was the first, built around one loop: track the pattern, name the pattern, choose a different response, change your reality. Since then, each new journal has taken that same core idea and pointed it at a different place it shows up, an old habit, a hard conversation avoided, a grip that will not loosen, a judgment reached too quickly.
Ten journals in, the question underneath all of them has not changed: what would you notice, if you actually looked?
New journals, previews, and the thinking behind them all live here at theinnerlistenerhub.com.
