Most people are waiting for something before they begin: permission, time, money, confidence, or certainty. The Life I Keep Postponing starts from a different question, and it is built on three small ideas.
Anything you have told yourself you will get to eventually, without a date attached to it. Not a plan. Not even really a decision. Just a soft, open-ended "one day," sitting quietly on a list you never wrote down.
What postponing it is quietly costing you, not only in time, but in energy, confidence, or connection. The someday feels free because nothing is due. It rarely is.
The smallest possible version of the next step, small enough that skipping it would be an obvious choice rather than an easy default. Not the whole leap. Just the one move too small to talk yourself out of.
In the finished journal, these three ideas turned into a simple weekly practice. You pick one postponed task and give it a week, not a month. Each day is three short lines: The Pull, The Block, The Move — what draws you toward it, what is holding you back, and the small move you made anyway. At the end of the week, you review honestly and either carry on or name something new. Eight weeks, eight of those cycles, each one no bigger than the last.
An eight-week guided journal for turning “someday” into done, one small task at a time.
