The Good, The Feel, The Abundance

Out now.

The Abundance I Overlook is available worldwide on Amazon, and in India via Pothi. See the journal page for the buy links and a free preview.

Most people are fluent in what is missing, and rusty at noticing what is already here. The Abundance I Overlook is built on three small moves, and they are harder to hold onto than they sound.

The Good

The plain, ordinary thing that is already true today, a colour you happened to see, a person who showed up, a problem that quietly stopped being one. Nothing dramatic. Naming it is the whole first step.

The Feel

Pausing long enough to actually feel the good thing, rather than noting it and moving straight on. This is the part that is easy to skip, and the part that makes the practice work at all.

The Abundance

Finishing one honest sentence, “today, I have an abundance of…”, without waiting for the good thing to become bigger or rarer first. Naming it in your own words is enough.

Each day, the journal asks you to name one good thing, actually feel it, and finish that sentence. Every sixth day, you look back. Across eight themed weeks — the senses that serve you, the people already here, small comforts, skills you already have, problems that resolved themselves, an ordinary good day, the small joys you get to repeat, and the abundance right now — a quiet, specific record builds up: proof that abundance was already here far more often than it felt like it.
