Sounding Board

Somewhere to think out loud.

A Sounding Board session is time set aside for you to talk something through — out loud, at your own pace — with someone whose only job is to listen. Not to fix it. Not to advise you. Not to tell you what to do. Just to help you hear your own thinking more clearly.

What this is — and isn't

This is a peer listening service. I hold space, ask gentle questions, and reflect back what I hear — I don't diagnose, treat, advise, or direct you toward any decision.

It is not therapy, counselling, coaching, or professional mental health treatment, and I am not a licensed therapist or clinician. If you're going through a mental health crisis, are in danger, or need clinical support, please contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services — a Sounding Board session is not the right space for that, and I'll always encourage you toward the right support if it comes up in a session.
